Nick is a very knowledgeable angler that will not only put you on the fish but tell you all he knows about how they feed and act throughout the year. Had a great morale during the whole trip and keeps it interesting. I have duck hunted with Nick as well and can’t recommend him enough. He has multiple great locations to keep the action alive throughout the season. Looking forward to a Mahi trip with him this summer. All around a great guide service!

Nicks a great guide will put you on big numbers of rock fish in a day, tons of knowledge of the river and the water levels. Make sure you take him up on the top water baits you won’t regret seeing a rock blow up on a top water!

Capt. Nick with grizzly creek charters is the boat to be with when fishing in Weldon. He puts you on the fish and you will have a great time doing so. If you wanna fish in the rock fish capital of the world, he is the man to do it with.

Captain Nick is as professional and educated as you can get. I’ve been on multiple duck hunts and fishing trips on the mighty Roaknoke River with Captain Nick. My Wife and 3 children love when I tell them we’re booked for Grizzly Creek. Highly recommend booking the entire family a trip with Grizzly Creek
